For learners who have completed the Basic IT (First Step) course. Also, those already familiar with basic IT skills which include the use a mouse and Microsoft Word.

For leaners with basic mouse and keyboard skills who wish to gain a Digital Functional Skills Entry 3 qualification.

For learners confident with word processing, spreadsheet and email basics or have completed the IT – Work Skills (First Step) course.
